Getting the right size and a sound pair matters. Here is how size exchanges and defect warranty claims work on Safeoly orders.
Size Exchange
Unworn Size Exchange
If a pair does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange on unworn shoes within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability of the replacement size. Products sold are not returnable or refundable — the exchange covers size only, of the same model.
- ›Size exchange only — exchanging one design/model for another is not possible.
- ›One exchange per order, requested within 7 days of purchase.
- ›Shoes must be unworn, with no signs of dirt or stains — try them on indoors on a clean surface only.
- ›Return the original box, tags and packaging undamaged, together with your order reference or proof of purchase.
- ›The replacement size is subject to stock. Shipping: you cover the cost of sending the shoes back to us; we cover the cost of sending the replacement pair out to you.

Warranty
Manufacturing-Defect Warranty
Our footwear carries a warranty of up to 45 days from the purchase date against manufacturing defects — flaws in materials and workmanship, such as outsole separation or stitching failure under normal use.

- • Normal wear and tear
