Oscar in Malaysia — The Range We Supply
The 31 Oscar models we stock are mostly SBP-class steel-toe shoes and boots, with the GeoSync series adding ESD and metal-free S1P, S3 and S3L options. Every safety model we stock is on Oscar's SIRIM licence PC004954 (MS ISO 20345:2008, certified SB P) and its JKKP/DOSH approval JKKP/2025/12-01/00153 — each product page shows the model's own DOSH number and links the SIRIM certificate and DOSH approval letter. Higher classes such as S3L, S7L and ESD are declared on Oscar's spec sheets.
New for 2026 is the GeoSync series: the 831 mid-cut and 832 low-cut lace-ups (S3L HRO) and the 801 slip-on (S3 PS HRO) are 100% metal-free with composite toe caps, non-metallic perforation-resistant inserts and ESD insocks, with ladies' versions L831 and L832 in UK 2–7; the 163 is an S3 ESD mid-cut boot, and the updated 802 is an S1P HRO ESD slip-on with steel toe and plate. The Angel series is represented by the 905, a ladies' SBP lace-up.
The standout in Oscar's range is the SportMax S7L line — low- and mid-cut lace-ups in eco leather, 100% metal-free, with a 200 J composite toe cap and a non-metallic 1100 N anti-perforation midsole. S7L is the 2022 standard's water-penetration-resistant class with ladder grip, so they suit wet construction ground, F&B processing floors and drainage/utilities work far better than an ordinary S1P shoe. They are shoes, not wellingtons: for standing water or washdown, ask us about a moulded S5 boot instead.
Oscar runs on UK sizing and keeps the spec sheet grounded in what Malaysian sites ask for: steel toe, penetration-resistant midsole, oil-resistant soles and SIRIM paperwork. Buffalo-leather uppers on the SBP models round out a range built for daily site wear.

Yes — every Oscar safety model we supply is listed on SIRIM product certification licence PC004954 (MS ISO 20345:2008, valid to 14 Feb 2027) and on JKKP/DOSH approval JKKP/2025/12-01/00153 (valid to 26 Apr 2027). Each product page shows that model's own DOSH number and links both documents. The 988 kitchen clog is occupational footwear, not safety footwear, so it is not on the licence.
Does Oscar make waterproof safety boots?

Oscar doesn't make rubber wellingtons in the range we stock. For wet floors, the SportMax S7L shoes and the GeoSync 831/832 (S3L) and 801 (S3) have water-penetration-resistant uppers; for standing water or washdown, ask us about a moulded S5 boot instead.
