What is the minimum order quantity, and do you offer factory pricing?
For stock items there is no minimum — you can order as few as 1 pair (individual B2C buyers welcome). Factories and bulk buyers receive special factory pricing. For OEM / custom manufacturing, MOQ starts from 500 pairs.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders of 6 pairs or more. Smaller and single-pair orders are charged a delivery fee. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) may incur an additional courier surcharge.
Do you deliver to East Malaysia?
Yes, we ship to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan via courier. Additional shipping costs apply for East Malaysia.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-stock items: 2–5 business days in Peninsular Malaysia, 5–7 business days in East Malaysia. Express options available. OEM / private label orders: lead time depends on quantity — typically 3 to 6 months production.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. For orders above 50 pairs, we can provide a sample set at special pricing to confirm sizing and quality.
Are your products SIRIM-certified?
Our footwear is built to EN ISO 20345 ratings, and selected models across all four brands carry SIRIM MS ISO 20345 certification. Certification varies by model — tell us the model you need and we will provide its specific test documentation.
