Our OEM products are made to meet EN ISO 20345 requirements. Certification is obtained separately by the customer where required — full test documentation provided.

Last & Design Selection
Choose a base last and mould from our range, or hand over your own pattern. We confirm materials, colours, and safety features together.
Sample Production
We manufacture a physical sample to your chosen last with your branding and specifications.
Sample Review
You review and approve the sample. Adjustments are made until the design meets your requirements.
Production Run
Upon sample approval and deposit, production begins. Plan for a total order completion time of 3 to 6 months from confirmation, depending on volume and customisation.
QC & Delivery
Quality check before dispatch. Delivered to your warehouse in Malaysia or arranged for export.
